What counts as a household?
Each lot or unit in your association. If you have more units than you told us when you signed up, billing follows the actual number.
Can we start small and add modules later?
Yes. Start with Core and one module, and request more from inside the app whenever you need them. Our team switches them on and they appear on your next bill.
Do we have to use your dues collection?
No. Dues & Collections is a module. If your association already collects dues another way, you can use just the gate pass, amenity booking or any other module.
How are we billed?
Every 6 or 12 months. Our team confirms your setup with you before the first bill.
