Dati sakit ng ulo ko yung maningil ng monthly dues — nagta-track sa Excel, nagfa-follow up isa-isa. Ngayon automated na lahat, may push notif pa sa mga delayed. So far 95% collection rate namin simula nung lumipat kami dito. Sulit na sulit!

Yung gate pass system namin before puro papel at logbook — ang bagal lalo na pag rush hour. Ngayon QR code na lang, naka-scan agad. Kita ko pa sino may expected visitors sa dashboard. Mas kampante na kami sa security ng village.

Hindi na ako nagpi-print ng notices at minutes of meeting. Upload lang sa platform, naka-notify na lahat ng homeowners. Yung mga senior citizens, natutuwa din kasi simplified yung interface. Hindi na nila kailangan pumunta ng clubhouse para sa updates.

Yung complaints and work orders dati — text dito, text doon, nawawala sa daan. Ngayon may central platform na, kita ko kung sino assigned, gaano katagal, at kung na-resolve na. Mula 3-day average response time, naging under 12 hours na lang.

Bago ako nag-check ng reviews and testimonies before kami nag-decide lumipat sa subdvision na to. Nakita ko yung platform reviews nila — responsive yung admin, maayos yung records, transparent yung finances. Yun yung nag-seal ng decision namin. Thankful ako na meron silang ganito!
